Hey friends! Today, I’m sharing one of my favorite recipes that’s perfect for a quick and delicious dinner: Instant Pot Meatball Subs. With just a few ingredients and the magic of the Instant Pot, you’ll have a mouthwatering meal ready in no time.
Why I Love This Meal
I love making these Instant Pot Meatball Subs for my family. With five kids, finding meals that are both quick and delicious is a must, and this recipe hits the mark perfectly. The pressure cooker makes everything so much easier and faster, allowing me to have a hearty, home-cooked meal ready in no time.
The meatballs cook up perfectly tender and flavorful in the sauce, and the whole process is incredibly hands-off. While the meatballs are cooking, I can toast the hoagie rolls and get everything else ready, making it an efficient use of time. This meal is a huge hit with my family of seven, and it’s a wonderful way to bring everyone together around the dinner table without spending hours in the kitchen.
